We're a brand built by runners who get it — because we live it too.

Life Run Wear exists for the busy parent squeezing in a 5am run before chaos begins. For the professional who runs to stay sane, not to chase PRs. For anyone juggling work, family, and a million responsibilities — and still finding time to lace up.

Designed by an artist, illustrator, and former ultramarathoner who's now a daily runner — every shirt reflects real miles, real mindset, and real laughs. The brand was also born from watching friends overcome depression and life crises through running. It's not a cure, but it's a reset. And that's worth celebrating.

Now, three of us are running this brand. The team has grown to include two more artists and designers who are also running enthusiasts — and yes, they're employees with day jobs too, making time for running and building this brand between everything else life throws at them. One of them personally battled depression and found healing through meditation, running, and the power of social connection — especially within a supportive running community. That journey fuels our mission every day.
